Reservation policy

To conferm your reservation you will be asked for a deposit 30% on the total amount of your stay.

All deposits are fully refundable upon written cancellation if received no less than 10 days prior to arrival. No deposit will be refund if cancellation is done later.

Deposit refund is done through bank transfer. In case of refundable cancellation, customer are kindly requested to send by email all needed information – your bank details (full SWIFT code).
